ACTIVITY PROFESSIONALS
OF NORTH DAKOTA
About APND
APND is an organization for Activity Professionals working in Long Term Care in North Dakota. Incorporated in 1977, the North Dakota Council of Activity coordinators (NDCAC) held its first convention in April 1978. In 1995 the membership voted to change the organization's name to Activity Professionals of North Dakota (APND). Membership is open to all Activity Professionals, associate members, and other persons interested in promoting the APND mission statement. APND has continued to grow since its establishment.

Our Mission
The mission and philosophy of APND is to strive for excellence in meeting the individual activity needs of the residents we serve; to promote educational opportunities to all activity professionals; to promote teamwork and understanding in long-term care so that we may enchance the quality of the life for the residents we serve.
